• Nimonic 80A poppet-valve, PVD hard-coating optionally.
• Single- / double-chamber pneumatic actuation.
• Spring preload up to 900 N, free tunable.
• Highly resilient Nomex reinforced diaphragm.
• Fully integral or attachable high resolution valve-stroke sensor eligible.
• Complex heat protecting concept.
• V-band flanges for convenient handling.
